At EST-Floattech, we recognize our responsibility to respect human rights, and wherever we operate, we work to ensure that we do not infringe on human rights through our operations.

Economic, environmental, and social responsibility go hand in hand — along the entire value chain. In order to achieve long-term success, we need to live up to this responsibility. EST-Floattech is committed to respecting the human rights of everyone working for EST-Floattech, either directly as an employee or indirectly as someone employed by one of our suppliers.

For our suppliers, we demand high ethical, health and safety, social, and environmental standards. These standards are integrated right from the start of our engagement with suppliers in the initial qualification process. EST-Floattech has set future goals to work towards a joint effort with different European and Dutch companies to ensure working conditions are improved globally.
